I do not have enough good things to say about this company. I was in a minor accident and when I went to get quotes theirs was HALF of another company's. I am a college age girl and they took the time to sit down with me and explain what each charge was for on the estimate. They had my car ready when they said they would and it looks like new. My dad was going to drive his car up from Orlando to have them paint it because they did such a good job with my car for such a reasonable price. I have a specialty vehicle that I wouldn't trust with just any body shop. My car was very expensive and I have had to take it to them on many seperate occasions for various body work. I even had to have the front end repainted and it matched the rest perfectly. They have a very friendly staff and they even dropped me back off at work when I left my truck. In this sinkhole of an economy with seemingly every business under the sun Jonesing for every last plug nickel it's refreshing to come across a business that's still customer first and the almighty dollar an also ran far distant second. Your car got a boo-boo? Go see Patrick. Not only will his friendly and personable manner put you at ease but he knows his stuff too. But wait till you get the estimate. I'm not joking here folks. It'll be MUCH less than your other quotes. I was blown away. Took just 3 days to get my parts in car fixed and back on the road. That Friday Patrick looked at the car - got the estimate. Monday the parts came in. Tuesday the car was repaired and painted and I drove it home that evening. Paint was flawless and matched up perfectly. So you tell me - what's not to like? Patrick even saved me a chunka dough offa the estimate. A no brainer and an asset to Gainesville. Wish we had more businesses like this around. Like most of you I own more than 1 car. University Collision is by far the most friendly, customer-oriented, and professional collision center I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. The front end of my 2006 Subaru WRX was smashed up when someone turned left across my lane of traffic. The estimate was quick and concise and included all OEM parts. Once the parts were ordered and work began, it was done in just a few days. The paint was perfect; the hood, bumper, and fender seams were all lined up like it was new from the factory. When I picked the car up, it was washed and detailed by people who cared about their work. I think you will be hard pressed to locate a better shop.‎ Jordon
